GRC for Intelligent Ecosystems (GRCIE – pronounced Gracie) is a next-generation organization for educating and training diverse GRC workforces. We provide in-depth, immersive, tuition-free education for talented and motivated students needing a hand up due to situational disadvantages.

GRCIE understands that the future workforce must protect, defend and operate within the metaverse. Our curriculum, training, and client work are designed and delivered in our proprietary metaverse first experiences, along with a framework for securing it.

Our educational program, the NextCISO Academy, accesses state-of-the-art research from the fields of cognitive psychology and neuroscience, and marries it with the best practices of discipline-based academics. This, along with competitive analysis and benchmarking, are key elements of the blueprint for the GRCIE learning experience.

For seven months, they ran a program that would make a drill sergeant proud. At times, it felt like a firehose of information to learn. It’s a lot, but I learned so much more than I thought I would.

Growing up, I went to schools that were predominantly white. This is the first time I’ve been a part of a program where my classmates and teachers came from diverse backgrounds. This meant that I got to learn and grow in an environment that was open and accepting. This program felt like it was geared towards everyone. This program nurtures you, it finds your strengths and builds on them.
