It takes a community working together to build the workforce of the future. GRCIE seeks to establish strategic partnerships that will augment the educational environment of the students. We constantly seek relationships that can:

Contribute to the creation of enhanced curriculum materials.
Provide access to beginner testing and certification programs.
Give GRCIE a portal to mentorship and job placement programs.
Open the door to cross-promotional and public relations opportunities.

It must be anchored in community, where the learner’s needs, skills, context, beliefs, and prior knowledge and experiences are considered, assessed, and engaged from the beginning and throughout the learning process in order to optimize the experience.

There is no book we can read, no well-worn path that we can take to solve our cybersecurity staffing needs — it’s the greatest challenge of our collective lives. We will have to start from the beginning. The answer lies in community. And we need more.
